The management of the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti has reopened the undergraduate portal for the payment of sundry fees and registration.
The portal which was earlier closed on the 16th of March has been reopened early on the 9th of April with the countdown of two weeks and 6 days as of the time of writing this report.
While reacting to this, the acting Senate president of the students’ union body, Comrade Adebisi Segun, confirmed that the portal has truly been opened for payment and registration.
“Yes, it is true that the school portal has been reopened. I myself have checked my portal and I was able to login. This is great. It is an avenue for us who have not paid to pay”, he said.
He then admonished students who have not paid the school fees to utilize this opportunity and make their payment.
“The advice I have for those who have not paid their school fee is that, if they have it now, the normal thing for them is to pay. They can also do the course registration wherever they are”, he added.
The speaker also urged the students to make use of this advantage to do the needful before the stipulated time (two weeks).
All efforts to get information from the Dean of Students’ Affairs as at the time of this publication proved abortive.
